Chef William (bill) Allen CEC has provided oversight services to the West Virginia State House, The Pennsylvania, Ohio And West Virginia prison system, and has worked on a corporate level with 5 major brand chains as well as reside as president of Industrial Food Service.
Allen is also credited with founding Fajita Junction a Texas chain which went on to inspire the creators of MO’s and Meatballs, a fast casual Italian brand which predated Fazoli’s.
Chef Allen has also worked with the US Culinary Olympic Team and taught sanitation for several culinary trade schools.
Chef Allen has been featured by Tyson Chicken, Betty Crocker and Sargento Cheese In cookbooks published by those respective brands.
Chef Allen has a degree in nutrition, food service management and a diploma in culinary arts and has studied Aerospace Business Management and computer science.
Chef Allen began his career in the kitchen at age 11 working with his father who was a club steward. Allen went on to run that same kitchen at age 14 while his father ran the front of the house operations.
